Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Conduct patient assessments; administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and accurately.
• Maintain thorough patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond quickly during medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
