Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Rate: Local: $2,212 / 35 hours

Required credentials:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) including AED.

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and advise on appropriate assistive devices and safe use.
• Provide patient and family education and document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.
