- Variable shifts: 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am, 7 days/week
- Double coverage shifts M - F 10am - 10pm
- Weekend double coverage: Sat - Sun 11am - 10pm
- Typically scheduled for 12-hour shifts
- 140 average patient encounters per shift
- APC in urgent care -- 7:30am - 12am with overlapping shifts
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
