The New Mexico Heart Institute is offering a competitive salary with excellent quality of life to a Cardiac Surgeon as part of a four-surgeon team at our Heart Hospital and University of New Mexico Hospital in beautiful Albuquerque, NM, USA. Be part of a multi-specialty practice primarily working out of the Heart Hospital that was designed by physicians with patients in mind. About the Position:

Lovelace Medical Group: Multi-Specialty Practice
Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
Join a team of 39 physicians, 23 APP, and support staff
Onsite ECHO, Vascular, Nuclear, CT Testing, X-ray and Lab
Da Vinci XI robotic system and Hybrid Room
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
Daily Patient Load: 14-16
Q4: Rotating Call Coverage
Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Minimum Requirements:

ABTS certified in cardiac surgery
Experienced and graduating cardiac surgeons are encouraged to apply!
