Locums Primary Care Physician (Family Practice) — Outpatient, Value-Based Care, 4x10 in Green Valley, AZ

Location: Green Valley, Arizona

Overview:
Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior patients in a physician-led, value-based practice. Collaborative interdisciplinary team; no inpatient duties.

Schedule:
Potential 4x10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults and seniors.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education on wellness.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans; monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and clinical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

• Outpatient primary care experience.
