Per diem urgent care physician
-
4 to 6 shifts per month
-
Eight-hour shifts with weekend coverage required
-
Adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
-
Evaluate, treat, and triage urgent and higher-acuity conditions
-
Minor procedures include suturing, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, splinting, sprain care, minor burn care, and fracture care
-
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
-
California license or eligibility required
-
ACLS required
-
PALS preferred
-
$160 per hour plus productivity compensation
-
Malpractice coverage provided
-
Chico, California
-
About 90 miles to Sacramento, roughly 1 hour 45 minutes by car
