Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Value-Based Care Clinic (Leesburg, FL)

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value‑based care clinic in Leesburg, Florida. You’ll see adults (18+), manage both acute and chronic conditions, and work closely with specialists and an interdisciplinary team to deliver continuity-focused, preventive care and build strong patient relationships.

What you’ll do

• Provide patient-centered care, including comprehensive initial assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long‑term health goals
• Coordinate care with specialists and ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to keep the clinic schedule running smoothly

Who we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Active Florida medical license and a DEA license in good standing
