Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults. You’ll work in skilled nursing facilities, delivering patient-centered care alongside a collaborative, team-based group of clinicians.

Opportunities are also available in several other states, including Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

What the role looks like

  • Full-time positions with flexible schedules.
  • Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
  • Document efficiently with a streamlined EHR supported by AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
  • Access UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical support.

What we’re looking for

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
