Hospitalist NP/PA — Skilled Nursing Geriatrics (Toledo) | Flexible 6‑hr Shifts, No Call, Up to $50k Retention

We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, team-based model.

Opportunities also available in select markets nationwide, including Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Position highlights

• Full-time roles with flexible schedules and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No on-call or overnight responsibilities.
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR, AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Clinical decision support via UpToDate®.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care.
