Hospitalist NP/PA — Skilled Nursing, Flexible 6‑Hour Shifts, No Nights, Competitive Pay + Bonuses

We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting and are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults.

Locations: Lake Placid, FL (additional opportunities in Clearwater, Gainesville, and Orlando).

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)

Clinical responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Document care accurately and efficiently using provided technology

• Highly competitive base pay with an uncapped, productivity-based compensation model

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
