Family Medicine/Urgent Care Physician — Boston: High Pay, Flexible Schedule, Rapid Growth

Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (urgent care physicians welcome) to join a growing urgent care network in the Greater Boston area. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options
• Full-time: 36+ hours/week

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: ~ $225,000
• Bonus potential: up to $100,000 annually
• Productivity incentives (target volume ~75 patients/day)

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries in urgent care
• Perform procedures: suturing, splinting, I&D, EKG interpretation
• Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays)
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
