Urgent Care/ED Physician — Burlington, MA (Full-Time) $150/hr + $10K Sign-On

Location: Burlington, MA

Overview:
Join a leading Boston-area urgent care group serving suburban patients. Work in modern facilities with experienced support staff treating non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $150 per hour
• Full-time with a predictable schedule for work–life balance

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage urgent care patients (acute illness and minor injury)
• Perform minor procedures (laceration repair, wound care, splinting, etc.)
• Interpret plain radiographs
• Manage patient flow and disposition, including appropriate referrals

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with urgent care/emergency experience
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures and X-ray interpretation
