Board-Preferred Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) — Outpatient, Mon–Fri, $260–290K, Spanish Preferred

An established outpatient primary care practice in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative team.

Position overview:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
• Typical patient panel: 14–16 patients per day; all-ages practice.
• EMR: MediTech.
• Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B applicants welcomed).
• Call schedule: to be determined.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in IM or FM.
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility, and DEA registration.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary range: $260,000–$290,000 plus incentives.
