Job Description
Full-time opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join a multispecialty group in Fall River, MA.
Practice overview
- Established multispecialty group providing Pulmonary/Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging (CT, MRI), Physical Therapy, and Laboratory services.
- Pulmonary/Critical Care division: 6 physicians plus Advanced Practice Providers; collaborative, team-based environment.
- On-site thoracic surgeon for coordinated care.
Clinical responsibilities
- Provide inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonary services.
- Perform and interpret PFTs, bronchoscopy, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy.
- Opportunity to participate in Sleep Medicine if desired.
- Contribute to specialized programs: COPD/Dyspnea Clinic, lung cancer screening, and lung nodule program.
Facilities & support
- State-of-the-art equipment including EBUS and navigational bronchoscopy.
- Full support services: Sleep lab, advanced imaging, physical therapy, laboratory services.
Compensation & incentives
- Base salary $360,000–$400,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- $25,000 sign-on bonus.
- Eligibility for corporate bonuses after 1 year.
- Partnership track available after 3 years with minimal buy-in.

Minimum qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Eligible for or active Massachusetts medical license.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Interest in participating in COPD, lung cancer screening, and lung nodule programs preferred.
