About the Opportunity:
A rapidly growing private neurology group serving the greater San Jose area, is seeking a fellowship-trained interventional neurologist to join our expanding neurovascular team. This role offers a rewarding blend of neurointerventional procedures, inpatient stroke care, and outpatient neurovascular clinic in the heart of Silicon Valley — with a balanced every-other-week call structure that protects your time away.
Position Highlights:
- Every-other-week call schedule – One week on, one week off. During on weeks, cover the neuro-IR service and round on stroke patients; alternating weeks are protected.
- Neuro-IR service coverage – Full scope of neurointerventional procedures, including thrombectomy, aneurysm treatment, and diagnostic cerebral angiography.
- Weekly outpatient clinic – One clinic day per week for neurovascular follow-up and other patients.
- Teleneurology support – Routine emergent consults are supported by our teleneurology service.
- Private group setting – Join a rapidly growing, physician-led private group with a collegial, collaborative culture.
- Flexible employment model – W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor arrangements available to suit your preference.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with training and experience.
- Four weeks of vacation per year for the first three years; five weeks annually thereafter.
- Choice of W-2 or 1099 compensation structure.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completed neurology residency and fellowship training in neurointerventional surgery / endovascular neurosurgery.
- Board certified or board eligible in neurology; CAST certification or eligibility preferred.
- Eligible for an unrestricted California medical license.
