Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is hiring an experienced Vice Chief CRNA for Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. As Vice Chief CRNA, you will partner with the Chief CRNA to lead and supervise a dedicated group of anesthesia professionals, align facility goals with divisional objectives, and ensure optimal patient care delivery. Chippenham Hospital has a diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OB, General, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, GI and Pediatrics.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA required.
  • Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling and maintain efficient perioperative workflow.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff APPs and SRNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
