Job Summary:
Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at Lee's Summit Medical Center
Qualified Candidates:
- Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience
- Support physicians in the inpatient care units
- Will independently conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
- Will work 4/10 hour shifts with a flexible day off during the week
- Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
