Per Diem Hospitalist Physician — Littleton, NH (Inpatient Coverage; $120$130+/hr)

Join our team in Littleton, NH as a Per Diem Hospitalist providing coverage for PTO, FMLA, and vacation shifts. This inpatient, hospital-based role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities exist to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care if desired.

Compensation

• $120–$130+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and ancillary staff to optimize outcomes.
• Lead and contribute to discharge planning and care transitions.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
• Cover vacation and other requested shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years hospitalist experience preferred.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
