Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine (Quincy, MA)

Qualifications:

• Active NP license in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain one
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care or a related setting (new graduates not eligible)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
• Experience with EHRs and healthcare technology platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging patients from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to collaborate in a non-hierarchical team environment and manage competing priorities effectively
