Job Description

We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented physician (Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics) to join our established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY. You’ll care primarily for older adults in a collaborative, patient-centered environment—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering thoughtful, value-based care. This is a full-time, permanent role with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.

What you’ll do

  • Provide outpatient care to a predominantly geriatric panel, with practice expanding to include adults 18+ for internal medicine needs
  • Work within a value-based care model focused on high-quality, coordinated care
  • Manage a manageable daily census (typically 7–10 patients), allowing for thorough visits and strong patient relationships
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that supports clinical decision-making and patient care

Schedule and compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
  • Annual compensation range: $230,000–$310,000 (based on experience)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are a plus

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment (active or eligible)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
