Geriatric-Focused Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused physician—Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics—to join a well-established outpatient practice in Brooklyn that primarily serves older adults. This is a full-time, permanent position with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties. You’ll work within a collaborative, value-based care model that emphasizes comprehensive, personalized care for an aging population.

What you’ll do

• Provide outpatient care to a predominantly geriatric panel (scope expanding to adult Internal Medicine, 18+)
• Manage a manageable patient census of about 7–10 patients per day, allowing time for thorough, relationship-centered visits
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support high-quality, coordinated care

Schedule and compensation

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
• Annual compensation range: $230,000–$310,000, depending on experience

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
