Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Rural Primary Care Opportunity in Colebrook, NH

We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, autonomy, and collaboration.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care: routine exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and create individualized care plans
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, and screenings
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results to patients
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals and work closely with specialists and other providers
• Educate patients and families on prevention, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and healthy living
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and the care team
• Keep accurate, timely medical records and participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Comfortable managing an independent patient panel
