We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, autonomy, and collaboration.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care: routine exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Manage acute and chronic conditions and create individualized care plans
- Provide preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, and screenings
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results to patients
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals and work closely with specialists and other providers
- Educate patients and families on prevention, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and healthy living
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and the care team
- Keep accurate, timely medical records and participate in quality improvement activities
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Comfortable managing an independent patient panel
