Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (Cincinnati, OH)

We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Opportunities also available nationwide in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Role highlights

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No on-call or overnight responsibilities
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR, AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Clinical decision support via UpToDate®

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
