Locum CRNA — Level I Trauma Center, Richmond VA (Flex 8/10/12-hr Shifts)

Location: Richmond, VA

Facility: Level I Trauma Center — high-volume, fast-paced inpatient hospital setting

Schedule: Flexible shifts (8-, 10-, and 12-hour options)

Coverage: Locum CRNA providing hospital-based anesthesia services, including emergent/trauma cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia for a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma and emergency cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical protocols and best practices
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Active CRNA certification
• Virginia CRNA license or ability to obtain one
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in trauma or other high-acuity settings preferred
• Ability to work flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
