Hospitalist NP/PA – Skilled Nursing, Flexible 6‑Hour Shifts, No Nights/Call (Clearwater, FL)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Clearwater, Florida, within a collaborative, team-based environment.

• Clearwater, FL (additional opportunities in Gainesville, Lake Placid, and Orlando)

Schedule & Clinical Responsibilities

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff

Documentation & Clinical Support

• Streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation
• Company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
