Family Medicine Physician — Full-Time Primary Care in Elkhart, IN (Opportunities in MI City & South Bend)

• Provide continuous, patient-centered primary care across the lifespan
• Manage acute and chronic medical issues and lead preventive health efforts
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and consulting specialists
• Use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and maintain accurate EMR documentation

Who we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
