Job Description

Join a growing post-acute care team in North Conway, New Hampshire as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician. This full-time, facility-based inpatient hospitalist role is designed for excellent work–life balance: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends and no call.

Compensation & benefits

  • Guaranteed base pay typically ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+; most full-time physicians earn $300,000–$500,000 annually.

What we’re looking for

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration or ability to obtain.
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing medically complex patients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities when needed.
