Hybrid Pediatric/Young Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Frederick, MD, W2

Overview

• Full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner position in Frederick, MD.
• Provide integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults within an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team.
• Flexible hybrid model with strong clinical support.

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid: up to 3 days onsite weekly.
• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite per week; up to 7 clinical hours remote.
• Administrative hours may be completed remotely.
• At least 15 hours/week required during after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends) to meet patient needs.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000.
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually.
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure.
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license.
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority.
• Ability to be onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week.
• Availability for after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends).
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet).
