Internal Medicine Physician — Denver: 4-Day Week, No Nights/Weekends, Team-Based Care

We’re looking for a committed, compassionate Internal Medicine physician to join our patient-focused team in Denver, CO. You’ll practice within a certified Level II Trauma Center and an integrated network, working side-by-side with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and other medical specialists. Our team-based model emphasizes coordinated care for chronic conditions, prompt treatment of acute illnesses, and preventive services like routine screenings and vaccinations.

What to expect

• Collaborative, team-based care with embedded support staff
• Four-day work week with no nights or weekends
• 30-minute appointment slots for meaningful patient visits
• Shared clinic call only

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program in the United States
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration in good standing or ability to obtain one

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually
