We seek a compassionate Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care and longitudinal management for a diverse patient panel.
- Manage population health initiatives and participate in value-based care programs.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, specialists, and community resources.
- Participate in teaching and supervision of trainees and support graduate medical education.
- Document care in the electronic health record and meet quality, productivity, and reporting expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation $180,000–$320,000 annually (base + productivity incentives, based on experience/training).

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
- Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EHR.
- Cultural competency and/or multilingual skills relevant to eastern Brooklyn populations (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other commonly spoken languages) preferred.
- Interest in value-based care, population health, care coordination, and teaching.
