We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting and who want to make a real difference in patients’ quality of life.
Locations and expansion
- Primary location: Iron River, MI
- Additional Michigan opportunities: Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Mt. Pleasant, and South Haven
- Nationwide openings: Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin
What the role looks like
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
- Typical shifts are six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities
- You’ll conduct daily rounds, manage both acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Documentation is streamlined with an EHR that includes AI scribe support and voice dictation; a company-provided iPad with LTE is issued
- Clinical decision support available via UpToDate®

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
