Job Description

We’re expanding our team of clinicians who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Kalamazoo, Michigan. If you’re a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Where you could work

  • Primary: Kalamazoo, MI
  • Other Michigan sites: Battle Creek, Escanaba, Iron River, and Traverse City
  • Nationwide opportunities available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI

What the role looks like

  • Full-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling
  • Full-time shifts are typically six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.
  • No overnight shifts or on-call duties
  • Daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities: manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
  • Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
  • Clinical decision support via UpToDate®

What we’re looking for

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
