Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – PRN (Tucker, GA)

We’re expanding our team of clinicians who deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Jesup and Tucker, Georgia. If you’re a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What the role looks like

• Full-time and PRN schedules available with flexible shift options
• Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts and no after-hours call
• Provide primary medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, including daily rounds, acute and chronic condition management, and medication/treatment planning
• Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR, with support from an AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access UpToDate® for current clinical guidance at the point of care

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
