Job Description

Come join a growing team delivering patient-focused primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Bainbridge, Georgia. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, no overnight or on-call duties, and the chance to work closely with physicians and facility staff to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

We also have similar opportunities in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

What the role looks like

  • Part-time with flexible scheduling to fit your life
  • Six-hour facility shifts; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • No call or overnight responsibilities
  • Typically manage 15–20 patient visits per day
  • Perform daily rounds, address acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work alongside nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Maintain clinical and regulatory compliance
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for clinical use

Who we’re looking for

  • Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Nurse Practitioners: board certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; Physician Assistants: NCCPA
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and compassionate patient care skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
