Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated physician to serve as Medical Director/Attending for skilled nursing facilities in Manistique, Michigan. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the care of post-acute and long-term patients. You’ll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care while offering clinical leadership and oversight in your assigned facilities.

What the role looks like
- Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities
- Typical schedule: each facility covered 1–2 days per week
- No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
- Expect roughly 18–25 patient visits per day
- New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are welcome to apply
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
