Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician (Hospitalist) Skilled Nursing Facilities, Holland MI

Practice locations

• Primary local coverage: Holland, Michigan (with current facility opportunities in Bad Axe, East Jordan, Grayling, Houghton Lake, Manistique, Mount Pleasant, Ovid, St. Joseph, and Temperance).
• Additional facility opportunities nationwide: GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

Position highlights

• Part-time schedule: physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week.
• Flexible start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts.
• Typical daily workload: 18–25 visits.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
