Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician — Hospitalist (Skilled Nursing Facilities)

We are seeking a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to deliver high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in East Jordan, Michigan. This role emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term patients and offers flexible scheduling, clinical leadership, and partnership with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Location opportunities include facilities in Bad Axe, Grayling, Holland, Houghton Lake, Manistique, Mount Pleasant, Ovid, St. Joseph, and Temperance, MI. Additional openings are available nationwide in GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

Position highlights:

• Part-time coverage; physicians typically attend each facility 1–2 days per week
• Flexible scheduling with no fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call duties
• Typical workload of 18–25 visits per day

Requirements:

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
