Join a team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term patients across skilled nursing facilities in Tiptonville and Gallaway, Tennessee. This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexible scheduling, collaborative practice with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and the chance to lead clinical care and improve patient outcomes in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite oversight and medical management for assigned skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Serve as clinical leader, offering guidance on care plans, transitions, and quality initiatives.
Schedule and practice model
- Part-time commitment; physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week.
- No fixed daily start/end times, no on-call duties, and no overnight shifts.
- Average of 18–25 patient visits per day.
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation.
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
