Job Description

Join a team delivering high-quality care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway and Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.

You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while offering clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

Other facility opportunities available nationwide in: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Position highlights

  • Part-time work supporting local skilled nursing facilities
  • Typical coverage: each facility 1–2 days per week
  • No fixed start/end times — schedule flexibility to fit your life
  • No call responsibilities and no overnight shifts
  • Expect roughly 18–25 patient visits per day
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation

Requirements

  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligible to obtain licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
