Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Newport and North Haverhill, New Hampshire. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of post-acute and long-term care residents.
You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, while offering clinical leadership and oversight at your assigned facilities. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply.
What to expect
- Part-time work covering local skilled nursing facilities—physicians typically see each facility 1–2 days per week
- No fixed daily start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities
- Daily patient volume generally 18–25 visits
- A flexible schedule that supports a strong work-life balance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
- Collaborative teams and an environment that values compassionate care
Locations beyond New Hampshire
We also have opportunities in multiple states nationwide: Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
