Gastroenterology NP/PA — Outpatient Rural Practice in Gillette, WY; Flexible Schedule, $115125K + Bonus

Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology practice in rural Wyoming as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a multidisciplinary gastroenterology team. No prior GI experience required; primary care/internal medicine background preferred.

Schedule and Setting

• Monday–Friday, full-time
• Outpatient gastroenterology clinics treating adults
• Typical volume: 12–16 patients/day
• Weekly schedule:
  • 2 days in Sheridan
  • 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo
  • 1 remote administrative day
• Travel between clinic locations covered

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic GI conditions
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to ensure patient-centered care
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
• 45% production bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
• Board certified NP or PA
• Eligible for or holding Wyoming license
• Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred
• GI training provided; prior GI experience not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
