Internal/Family Medicine Physician — Tucson, AZ | $190-246K + SignOn & Relocation Reimbursement

We’re looking for a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our community health center in Tucson, AZ. This role blends clinical care with leadership: you’ll provide high-quality primary care, support and oversee professional support staff, and help shape patient-centered services. Candidates with 2–5 years of experience are preferred, but new graduates and J-1 or H-1 visa holders are welcome to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are especially encouraged.

Compensation and perks

• Salary range: $190,000–$246,120

Must-haves and preferred qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified, recertified, or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensed to practice in Arizona, or able to obtain an Arizona medical license
• BLS certification required
• Completion and maintenance of annual CME requirements for licensure
• 2–5 years of medical practice experience preferred
• Experience working in a group practice setting preferred
