Job Description
Join a growing post-acute care team in Burlington, VT, delivering facility-based inpatient care with a focus on recovery, continuity, and patient-centered medicine. This full-time role provides an exceptional work–life balance—Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends and no call. Opportunities also exist in Burlington and St. Albans, and part-time and PRN schedules are available.

Compensation & benefits
- Guaranteed base compensation range: $200,000–$500,000+; most full-time physicians earn $300,000–$500,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Preferred experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine
- Strong clinical judgment in managing medically complex patients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
