Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician — Martinsburg, WV (Night Shift)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive overnight care for hospitalized adult patients
• Admit and manage patients from the Emergency Department
• Perform history and physical examinations and develop treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Respond to overnight clinical changes and urgent needs
• Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and daytime hospitalists to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient-centered care
