Geriatrics-Focused Adult Primary Care Physician — Outpatient, Bronx, NY (FT)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in the Bronx focused on high-quality, patient-centered care for older adults. We seek a compassionate, collaborative Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to care for a predominantly geriatric population. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and an emphasis on value-based care and team-based practice.

Position highlights:

• Compensation: $230,000–$250,000 plus a 20% performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights or weekends
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
• Care model: Value-based, team-oriented
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (patients 18+)
• Patient volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
• New graduates welcome; Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred

Requirements:

• MD or DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY medical license or eligibility; Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
