Join a collegial team in Rapid City, South Dakota, where you’ll focus on caring for adults with traumatic musculoskeletal injuries as a full‑time member of our orthopedic trauma service. You’ll manage a broad range of acute fractures and complex reconstruction cases, collaborate closely with emergency medicine, critical care, and rehab colleagues, and help shape best practices for trauma care in our region.

Your background

• MD or DO and completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma or equivalent significant experience in trauma care.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Medical license (or eligibility) to practice in South Dakota.
