Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) — Upland, CA

This full-time, outpatient position supports relationship-based medicine with a collaborative clinical team so you can deliver high-quality care in a sustainable setting.

What you’ll get

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — outpatient only
• Competitive base salary: $253,643–$380,464, plus bonus opportunities
• Quarterly incentive plan with the potential to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
• Active DEA license
• A strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, value-based care
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
