OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300–340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call (Sun City West, AZ)

We are hiring Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to staff hospital-based OB services, providing expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital.

Location

• Sun City West, Arizona (also opportunities in Gilbert, Glendale, Queen Creek, Show Low, and Tucson)

Role overview

• Hospitalist model working collaboratively with local obstetricians to manage inpatient OB/GYN patients and obstetric emergencies.
• Full-time position with schedule flexibility; typical commitment is 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month).
• No office management duties and no outside on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and schedule

• Base salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually.
• Ability to build your own schedule; potential for additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Competence in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care.
