CRNA-HCA Lake City Hospital-New position-$75,000 Commencement Bonus- Days only, no call

 

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs at our HCA Florida Lake City Hospital. Lake City is located approximately 60 miles from Jacksonville and 30 miles from Gainesville, Florida.

Lake City Anesthesia is transitioning from an all MD to a Care Team model. Mutual respect, collaboration, and a genuine desire to provide the best quality patient care are at the core of this team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team in a low acuity hospital-no trauma, no OB, new GE machines, pyxis, MedAction EHR. Best of all, you’ll enjoy a dream schedule- choose 8 or10 hour shifts with NO CALL. 

 

Incentive and Benefits Package:

W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant

Choice of a 75K start date bonus for a 3-year commitment or 50K/2 years.

Competitive compensation package, based on years of experience with additional stipend for chief position.

8 weeks Paid Time Away from Practice- frontloaded.

$2500 annual CME stipend

Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based policy)
