- Smaller hospital setting
- 100 colonoscopies in past 12 months required -- including 20 polypectomies
- 25 EGDs required in the past 12 months
- 2 rigid sigmoidoscopies required in the past 12 months
- Upper and lower scope proficiency -- 100% required
- ATLS and ACLS certification required
- Ongoing coverage needed into 2027
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
